The day started by sharing a meal followed with prayers (mass) led by Fr. Mariano, the director St. Martin CSA. In his homily, Fr. Mariano urged the children to always be grateful to God and to other members of the community, fellow children and their parents for being there for them. This was in line with the anniversary theme "Footsteps of Gratitude and Openness".
This was followed by fun activities that included face painting, dancing extravaganza, football and other outdoor games. To sum up the day, we pasted our fingerprints and footprints on a piece of cloth to accentuate our openness and gratitude to diversity.
