Project Overview
The Strengthening Organizational Reach, Influence, & Impact Project (SORIIP) is being implemented jointly with L’Arche Kenya aims at enhancing the 2 organization’s reach, influence and impact at county, national and regional levels. The project mainly targets civil society organizations, community structures, county and national governments and in a limited scale, St. Martin CSA and L’Arche Kenya internal stakeholders and beneficiaries.
Focus Areas
Capacity Enhancement
To increase capacity in gender transformative programming, development communication, strategic partnerships, systemic level advocacy and intra/ inter- organisation learning.
Networking
To nurture stronger and collaborative working relationships with other civil society organisations and with county and national governments.
Communication
To increase participation in national, regional and international agenda.
Best Practices
To reach, influence and impact a bigger constituency through replicating or scaling up working community-based practices/models.
Advocacy
To increase participation in systemic level advocacy and support for the implementation of pro poor policies for a more just society.
